How does it work?

Moet u naar het ziekenhuis, tandarts of kapper, maar kunt u geen gebruik maken van de bus? Wilt u graag naar een ontmoetingsactiviteit, maar is het net te ver om te lopen? Met de vrijwillige chauffeurs van Sterker Ouderenwerk komt u er wel!

Onze chauffeurs brengen u met veel plezier naar de plaats van bestemming. En ze brengen u natuurlijk ook weer thuis. Heeft u een afspraak in het ziekenhuis? Dan kan de vrijwilliger u begeleiden tot zelfs ín de spreekkamer als u dat wilt. Loopt u met een rollator of heeft u een inklapbare rolstoel? Dat is geen probleem, de chauffeurs zorgen ervoor dat hulpmiddelen mee kunnen.

The AutoMaatje transport service is a collaboration between Sterk Ouderenwerk and the ANWB.

Who is ANWB AutoMaatje for?

  • you live in the municipality of Nijmegen
  • you are old
  • u kunt moeilijk zelf ergens heen gaan. U rijdt zelf geen auto en u kunt geen gebruik maken van het openbaar vervoer
  • you are not eligible for transportation via avan
  • u heeft geen financiële middelen voor een reguliere taxi

How does ANWB AutoMaatje work?

  • Vraag uw rit aan via de knop ‘direct aanvragen’ onderaan deze pagina of bel ons op werkdagen van 9.00 – 15.00 uur.
    NB: Vraag uw rit op tijd aan (minimaal drie werkdagen van te voren en maximaal een maand). Hoe eerder u de rit aanvraagt, hoe meer tijd wij hebben om een vrijwilliger voor u te vinden.
  • Wij gaan op zoek naar een vrijwillige chauffeur. Zodra we iemand voor u hebben gevonden, bellen we u op om de rit te bevestigen.
    NB: We will do our utmost to arrange transport for you. However, our volunteers must have time. Therefore, we cannot promise that your trip will always go ahead.
  • At the agreed time, the volunteer will be at your door. For a short outing, the driver will wait. Is there a lot of time between the outward and return journey? Then you arrange with the driver when he/she will pick you up again.

Belangrijke informatie

  • Wij zijn afhankelijk van beschikbare vrijwilligers en kunnen daarom het vervoer nooit garanderen.
  • Op maandag tot en met vrijdag zijn wij tot 15.00 uur telefonisch bereikbaar. Wanneer u ná 15.00 uur een digitale aanvraag doet, geldt de eerstvolgende werkdag als dag van aanvraag. Wij zijn in het weekend niet bereikbaar. Wanneer u in het weekend (vanaf vrijdag 15.00 uur tot maandag 9.00 uur) een digitale aanvraag doet, dan geldt maandag als dag van aanvraag.

Om teleurstelling zoveel mogelijk te voorkomen hebben wij onderstaande schema’s voor u gemaakt.

Costs

U betaalt € 0,35 voor iedere gereden kilometer. We rekenen de kilometers vanaf het huis van de vrijwilliger. Gaat de chauffeur tussendoor naar huis, omdat hij/zij anders lang op u moet wachten? Dan rekenen we ook die kilometers mee. U betaalt ook de eventuele parkeerkosten. U betaalt de vrijwilliger contant aan het einde van de rit.
